1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EcomDune (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You may register one account per person or business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Free vs. Paid Features

EcomDune offers a free tier with limited keyword tracking and pincode lookups per month. Paid plans unlock higher limits as described on the pricing page. Paid features require an active subscription in good standing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the API or send automated requests that degrade service for other users.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute rank data obtained through the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Rank data and revenue estimates provided by EcomDune are approximations based on automated data collection. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not make significant business decisions based solely on our data. Always validate with other sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The EcomDune platform, brand, and all associated software are owned by Atlay Brands LLP. Your data — the keywords, ASINs, and pincodes you configure — remains yours. We claim no ownership over your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlay Brands LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business revenue, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
