Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

EcomDune is operated by Atlay Brands LLP. This policy covers paid EcomDune subscriptions and is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase.

2. Try before you pay

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial so you can check that EcomDune fits how you sell before you pay for anything. We expect you to use the trial for that, so we do not refund a paid period because the product was not what you expected.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Until that date you can change your mind and resume the subscription.

We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, whether the plan is monthly or annual.

4. Changing plan

• Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to annual billing, takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
• Moving to a lower plan, or from annual to monthly billing, takes effect at your next renewal. The plan you already paid for stays in place until then, and no part of it is refunded.

5. When we do refund

We will refund a charge in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged an amount that does not match your plan;
• you were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled before the renewal date;
• the law where you live gives you the right to a refund.

If something went wrong that is not listed here, such as a long outage that stopped you using the service, write to us. We look at each request and decide fairly.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@ecomdune.com from the address on your account. Include the date and amount of the charge and a short note on why you are asking. Please write as soon as you notice the problem, because it is much easier for us to fix a recent charge.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, with the tax charged on that payment. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer. Your plan changes to the free plan once a full refund is made for the current period.
