What We Collect

• Account info: name, email, and phone number provided during signup or via the lead form.
• Tracked data: keywords, ASINs, and pincodes you configure for rank tracking (paid plans).
• Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and feature usage, used to improve the product.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access your Amazon Seller Central account.
• We do not collect your Amazon login credentials.
• We do not track which products you view while browsing Amazon. The free X-Ray tool runs entirely in your browser.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide rank tracking results.
• To send you rank alerts and product updates.
• To communicate about your account and billing.

Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers (Render/AWS infrastructure). Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt via Devise).

Cookies

We use session cookies only for maintaining your login. We do not place any third-party advertising cookies on your device.

Third Parties

• Razorpay — for payment processing (subject to their own privacy policy).
• Transactional email provider — for OTP and account notifications.

Data Deletion

Email support@ecomdune.com to request full account and data deletion. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Chrome Extension

• The extension communicates with our servers only when you are logged in.
• The extension does not collect browsing history or data from non-Amazon pages.
• Revenue estimates (X-Ray) are calculated locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you via email for any material changes.
